The last thing you want to find out after purchasing your dream home is that the pool is going to be a money pit!

Allow our team of qualified and experienced professionals to  thoroughly inspect the pool and all of its associated items so you can buy with confidence. 

• We suggest allowing between 1-2 hours on the day of inspection. 
• All of the pools features and accessories will be documented with pictures and descriptions neatly organized into a digital report which is emailed to the client within 24-48 hours from payment. 
• Payment is due at the time of inspection if the client/agent is present. If not the invoice can be prepaid or emailed on the inspection date. 
• If the client/agent is present, at the end of our inspection process we will provide a breif review of the report. We are extremely knowledgeable and can help you to better understand the findings of the pool inspection. This gives you the opportunity to make the best decisions on your new pool or spa going forward.

Inspection fee starts at $300. (depending on location and size.)

Our detailed inspections include, but are not limited to:

1. The pool/spa surface and deck condition (cracks, discoloration, pitting) and the coping surrounding the pool area (open joints, cracking). 
2. Drain covers for the presence of anti-vortex/anti-entrapment covers for safety concerns.
3. Pool/spa lights, GFCI devices, all pumps, filters, above ground plumbing, timers, heaters, controls, accessories, skimmers and electrical bonding.
4. The operation of the equipment, common leakage points, proper skimming, the functionality of the filtration system, heater activation and filter pressure.
5. Highly precise/accurate water chemistry testing, examined digitally to remove the common human error that occurs with test strips or reagent kits.  

Upon completion of the inspection, a detailed report will be generated. This report will include a summary of our findings and include general maintenance tips and also identify areas in need of attention. These added value tips will help you to understand how to make the pool functional and reasonable to upkeep. Our comprehensive report enables you to become confident in your purchase decision and look forward to endless weekends in your new backyard.
