Phillip Lauterbach
Owner
Phillip got his start in the pool industry in 2010 working for a large pool construction company that also provided weekly pool service, equipment repairs and had a retail store. Over his time there, Phillip gained the skills necessary to operate all facets of the business which enabled him to have a well rounded understanding of pools from the ground up. After gaining almost a decade of experience in the pool industry he decided to take a leap of faith and start his own business. On his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, skiing, and disc golfing.
Chris Sanches
Service Manager & Repair Technician
Chris has 10 years of pool industry experience in weekly service and equipment diagnostics/repair. Chris is a proud Army veteran, serving a deployment in Afghanistan. On his free time he enjoys playing disc golf, off-roading, riding his street bike, and spending time with his dog.
Steven Fletcher
Weekly Service Technician
Steven got started in the pool industry in 2024. He has a passion for providing high quality service to our customers. On his own time Steven coaches high school lacrosse, likes to be active outdoors, enjoys play poker and spending quality time with family.
